z888 Terms and Conditions — Player Agreement & Platform Rules

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Reading this section first will make the rest of the document easier to follow.

To register and maintain an account at z888 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By completing registration you confirm that you satisfy each requirement:

• You are at least 18 years of age. z888 does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You are registering for yourself as an individual — not on behalf of another person, a company or any other legal entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer or immediate family member of a z888 employee. Former employees must wait at least 12 months after separation before registering.
• You are not registering or playing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation on z888 is lawful in your place of residence.
• You have not previously had a z888 account closed, suspended or banned by z888 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity, using funds that belong to you and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.

Each player may hold one account only on z888. This is a hard rule with no exceptions. Multiple accounts operated by the same person — regardless of whether different names, payment methods or devices are used — will all be closed and any balances within them forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid Pakistani payment method. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account closure without refund of bonus funds.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — your username and password — secure. Do not share your password with any other person. z888 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact z888 support immediately via live chat so the account can be secured. z888 will not be responsible for transactions that occurred before the point at which you reported the unauthorised access.

All transactions on z888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction across all payment methods.
Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Varies by payment method and account verification tier — displayed at the point of withdrawal.

Deposits are credited to your z888 wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. In the rare event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes, contact z888 support with your deposit reference number.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes for verified standard accounts and within 15 minutes for VIP members. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within 2–6 hours depending on your bank's cut-off times. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your card statement.

z888 will only process withdrawal payments to an account or card registered in the same name as the z888 player account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account review.

z888 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. z888 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment services.

z888 offers a range of promotional incentives, including the 150% welcome bonus on first deposit (up to Rs 25,000), reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to PSL and other cricket events.

All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. In addition, the following general rules apply to all z888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• During bonus play, a maximum bet limit of Rs 200 per spin or round applies. Bets above this limit placed while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses that have not been wagered through within this period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute 10–20% of each bet staked. Slots contribute 100%. The exact contribution schedule is published on the Promotions page.
• z888 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, change its terms or limit its availability at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the Promotions page.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and accounts being suspended.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by z888, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. This applies to all game types including live dealer tables, slots, sports betting and in-play cricket markets. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager.

For live dealer games, the outcome displayed by the dealer on camera is the final result. In the event of a technical disruption to a live session — such as a stream disconnection — z888 will resolve the round based on available game server records. If a round cannot be resolved from the server data, all bets on that round will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets.

For slot games, the result displayed after a spin is generated by the game's certified random number generator (RNG) and is final. Display errors do not constitute a winning result — only the server-side result is valid for settlement purposes.

For sports and cricket betting, z888 reserves the right to void markets in the event of match abandonment, suspension by the governing body or circumstances that materially affect the result after betting has closed. Void bets return the staked amount to the player's wallet.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on z888. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension and may result in the permanent forfeiture of balances:

• Multiple account registration — creating more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to avoid a previous restriction.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players at multiplayer tables to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of third parties.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically placing opposing bets to exploit price differences in a way designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of automated software — employing bots, scripts or any automated system to place bets, spin games or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors — knowingly continuing to play after identifying a pricing or game error that results in advantageous odds not reflective of the intended market. Winnings generated through known errors will be voided.
• Money laundering — using z888 to deposit and withdraw funds as part of any arrangement intended to obscure the origin of money. z888 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in such cases.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds for gaming purposes.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour — directing abusive, threatening or harassing communications at z888 staff or other players through any channel.

z888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for breach of these Terms and Conditions. The specific consequence — temporary suspension, permanent closure with balance return, or permanent closure with balance forfeiture — depends on the nature and severity of the breach.

Temporary suspension is applied during active investigations. Your ability to deposit, play and withdraw is restricted until the investigation concludes. You will be notified of the suspension and the estimated timeframe for resolution.

Permanent closure with balance return applies to cases such as age verification failure, accounts opened in error or voluntary self-exclusion. Any real money balance at the time of closure is returned to the registered payment method.

Permanent closure with forfeiture applies in cases of fraud, collusion, multiple account abuse, money laundering or other serious breaches. In such cases z888 reserves the right to retain all balances — including real money deposits — pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

Players also retain the right to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting z888 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure with a positive real money balance will result in the balance being returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after any outstanding bonus wagering requirements are evaluated.

By registering at z888 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing your account — however, withdrawal of consent will prevent z888 from providing the services to you and may therefore require account closure.

In circumstances where z888 is found liable for direct losses despite these exclusions, the maximum liability is limited to the net real money balance held in your account at the time the relevant event occurred.
